Today I’m participating in a video hop collaboration with Aaron Blazevich and Paul Browning again, this time we’re tackling another silly taboo subject suggested by Aaron. This time, however I’m not going to be as controversial! To Read and watch the process video click the image above to hop over to my new website’s blog.

Mini Circle Art Journal Page – Be a Unicorn!

img_5500

I wanted to play with my IndigoBlu gilding flakes again and decided to create a page that also incorporated their new “Jewel” unicorn stamp. So I decided to create this page using just the gilding flakes, metallic paints and one of the sheets from the new Damaged Damask mixed media cardstock packs.

Mini Circle Art Journal Page – Being a Dad!

img_5537

Occasionally I stumble upon an image that is just perfect for art journaling. The very subject, colour or composition give rise to so many ideas that the art journal page almost creates itself. The image in this art journal page is exactly that and was sent to me in Happy Mail recently by Alison Roots. As soon as I saw it I knew exactly how I was going to use it in a page.

Mini Circle Art Journal – Autumn Colours

img_5409

As we’ve passed the autumn equinox I thought I’d go the whole hog and create a page that was filled to the brim with autumn colours and you can’t have autumn colours without the autumn gold! This page was created without any paints, just ink and gilding flake..makes a change for me!
