A little response to some of the comments on my last video.
Today I’m participating in a YouTube collaboration with Aaron Blazevich of Imperfect Impulses and Paul Browning from the Artsiders Blog. We’ve been in discussions recently about the role nudity plays in art and the fact that you don’t see much artistic nudity in art journals on YouTube. So we decided to create a small hop/collab where we each create a page featuring at least one nude!
So, to ensure that no one can accidentally stumble upon images of nudity and get offended, I haven’t added a gallery to this post!

I love working in journals of different sizes. I love my circle journals and I love my 10×10 journal, but I wanted a new journal that gave me more scope to work in a landscape format. With that in mind I decided to create a new 8x 12 journal bound at the side.
Of course this also meant that I had to decorate the front cover! To see how I decorated the cover simply click the YouTube link below.
After playing with the resin faces and frames in my last canvas project, I had the idea to put frames within a frame. I already had this 6″x4″ resin photo frame and decided to alter and decorate it to match. The overall size is approx 8″ x 6.5″ in size. It’s quite heavy and solid being made from cast resin.
I have filmed the process if you’d like to watch, simply click the YouTube link below.
This frame is for sale on my website, it is unique and I will not be making another the same. So you’ll only have the one chance…Link [ HERE] to my website.
