I’m taking a little break away from art journaling today to play with one of my latest digi download collections for Halloween. Today I wanted to create this top folding card with internal pocket for a tag. You can watch how I created the card by clicking the YouTube link below.
Halloween is such a fun time of year and I just love playing with all the great images that are available at this time of year!
The start of a new month is always an exciting time as it’s the start of a new mission over on the Mission Inspiration Facebook group, link [HERE]. This month is double plus exciting as it’s also the month of Halloween; a holiday we in the UK don’t celebrate as much as our American cousins across the pond. This is a shame because it’s a time of dress up, parties and just generally having a little bit of fun.
This month’s prompts have been set by guest controller Linda Simpson and her intro can be seen at the start of my start to finish process video of my page above. You can watch the whole thing from start to finish by clicking the YouTube link below.
If you’d like to pop over and see what Linda has created with the prompts this month you can visit her YouTube channel by clicking [HERE]
If you’d like to purchase my Halloween digi collage download set as used in my video, then simply click the link image below.
I’m getting a little playful with the page I’m sharing with you today. For this page I’ve used a digi stamp of a character I created a while ago. I call him “Mini-Mike”. This particular one is called “Birthday Suit” and is hand coloured with Copic markers. This is from a set of three digi’s that I’ve now added to my new website store which can be found by clicking the “Back to website” button in the main menu above.
Etsy is quite an expensive delivery platform (for us designers) for digital products so I have spent the past few months building a new website where I can offer all my existing digital art journal collage sheets directly. The “Friends” collection can be purchased in the “Mike’s Shop” page on my website if you so wish or by clicking the image above.
So… onto the process and start to finish..click below to watch the video.I hope you enjoy the video and if you do please remember to give it a thumbs up, share if you’d like and subscribe for more videos like this one!
